Boat left Portland last Monday but only made it 240 miles before the tow truck blew an engine. He left La Grande, OR sat am and dropped off in ny this am. Though I am out of town til Saturday!
Here are a couple of pics I got and a cople before it left.

Told the wide this am we'd get a garage heater and sit in the garage sippin suds listen to tunes!

Joe, when you unwrap it, go ahead and wash it. The Midwest was a little dirty and got some grime on it. Plus there is still some essence of Powerstroke on it as well. I know you'll do a great job.

Looooong winter ahead!

HAHA this explains how the transport was so cheap. I was gonna haul the boat but the numbers just didnt match up for me. Like i said had i known it was your boat i would have reconsidered less profit to deliver a fellow friends boat. The company i was hauling for required the trucks to be a certain year and required a yearly DOT inspection and such. The good news for this guy is hes got a new engine to haul with. In hi situations its pretty decent money hauling things like this, untill you blow your engine lol.

My boy Frank the driver was great. He grew up 90 miles from where I finished high school. He called me 1-2x per day along the way. Very conscientious and apologetic about the engine delay. If anyone ever needs a boat towed, he's your man!

Love the boat ALOT! and the Trailer is is tricked out too. The tower is certainly growing on me over time.
How much per mile did it end up costing if you don't mind me asking?

Viking. Seller took care. I think it was about $1 per mile.

Diggs on the supra site is the original owner, and one of the founders of PDXwake.com. Def good people and takes good care of his boats... Knowing Diggs, the stereo and ballast is dialed on that boat. Glad to see a Moomba guy get that one!

Congrats Brad!
