I am putting away the boat :( and I have removed the fat sacs. I removed them from the boat.. got most of the water out, but the insides are a bit damp. Is there anything I can/should do to them before I put them away for the winter?

Thanks!

You can do a couple things, blow them up with compressed air to blow out water. Hang them up to drain and dry.

I generally blow air threw them and then lay them flat under the boat trailer.

Where is Al?

I think he'd tell you to put a line capful of 50/50 bleach & water in it

mine usually only sit for 3 months empty. 1st I use a vacum on the empty thru hulls to suck any water out of the lines and bags( close the thru hulls for the fill), then remove from the boat and just cap them off and blow them up with air and stand them on end, cap side down for a couple days so when I undue the cap what ever water was left in drains out, then let them sit with all the caps off .
