Does anyone have any end of the season recomendations for gel coat maintenance? I have a '06 Outback. I used Slimy Grimy to remove any built up residue left over from a season sitting in the water. Any recomendations as to what process/product should I use to prep it for storage this fall?

rubbing compound if you need to get some light scratches or minor oxidation out.
Hit it with an orbital buffer.
Then use a good wax and follow it up with a polish.
Should be good to go for winter hibernation.

I usually don't do it till mid winter as this is my ritual during the snowy months. It's therapy for me :)

I use a three step system from Maguires. First is a cleaning type wax. Step two is a mild polish and step three is a carnuba wax. Kind of a pain in the neck, but if you have the time it works really well.

I second that! Maquires rocks! Just did mine.
