Hi All,
I have a new Z5 cargo rack for sale. It came on my 2011 Supra 242 that I just purchased, should fit any moomba with the progressive tower. Although I love the way the rack looks we have no need for it as we store all our stuff at boat house and only take what we are using at the time. They sell for $2700-$3000 new and my buy it now price is only $2000.00. I have it listed as pick up only but would work with buyer if they want to pay to have it shipped. It is a beast and would not be easy to package up but could work it out.

The item number on ebay is 190585103992.

Jeff,

You may want to post dimensions as the Moomba towers are a bit different. My guess is that this might not work on the LSV, but probably will on the XLV. Also, let folks know where you are at as, you are correct, shipping those are a pain in the arse!

And post up some pics of your boat while you're at it!

I have my doubts it will fit on a Moomba period due to the fact they don't have the progressive tower. Worth measuring though. However, I doubt you have any trouble selling it.

That might be right, KG.

Beam on a 242 is 102 in
Beam on a XLV is 98 in

You Da Man had a Z-5 off of a Supra on his XLV. Looks like it fit really well. A simple change of strut length or position so long as it fits between the verticals will allow it to fit really easily on most towers.
My LSV Z-5 will fit in a an outback tower.

YDM did it back when the towers were the same, though. My concern was the progressive tower is different than the old tower than Supra and Moomba shared.

Really? I thought me & JV had researched this one to death and we never found a solution.

Good point. I have tried to attach some pictures below to go along with the size description. It is 6' tall, 6' 6" at the widest part of Z5 rack. The top pins are 6' appart and the bottom pins are 5' 4" appart. There is 2' between the top and bottom pins. This should give everyone the measurements to figure out if it would fit on their tower. I did speak to the guys who mfg the Z5 rack and they said it would fit on several Moomba towers. I also know you could bore new holes and move the bottom pins if needed. No way to adjust the top pins other than moving the brackets that attach to the tower. 124621246312464

I am not sure if the pictures attached? Shows files on this but not in picture format?

Pictures came out great and your measurements should help interested parties out.

Do you want to sell the Boston cheap too? Looks like an awesome ride!
