Acme 1235 rebuild / reconditioned cost?

Hey guys, I have a guy that has an Acme 1235 that has been rebuilt. He asked me to make him an offer. I have no idea how much I should offer, what would be fair for me to offer?

Depends on how old the prop is, how many hours apx is on the prop and why it was rebuild. How bad was the damage. The older, more hours, and type of damage play a part in picking a used prop IMO due to stresses and such on the prop and the higher chance it can fail now.

I fully agree with what Mike said above. I wouldn't offer anything above about 4 bills. and probably more like 325 or something. But, if it's in good shape, sounds like you could get a heck of a deal on it!
