Need help! Getting ready to put the boat up for three months!

I'm needing some help. I'm leavin town for three months and I'm getting ready to put the boat up for a while. I'm hoping that thanks to the Texas heat I will be able to use the boat in mid November when I get back. I was wondering if I can just add some fuel additive. Any suggestions?

Fill up the tank and add some fuel stablizer. Run the engine to let it mix around and get to all the fuel then go and top it off. I would also do an oil change depending on how long ago you did one. I do not know how cold November is in TX but if it gets cold then I would at a minium pull the bolts on the block to atleast drain the main part of the block.
