What it's worth-Used Launch Pad ballast

I have a used Launch Pad ballast bag. It weights 250# when full. It also doubles as a seat. No known leaks, but hasn't been used in a while. Gonna try to sell it but I have no idea what it is even worth. Can even find it anymore on the internet. The picture shows it filled, but its with air. So what is it worth?
