2000 Outback starts fine. After running for 20 seconds it dies. The breaker/fuse above the ignition trips and I reset. It starts fine and does the same thing. It won't stay running. I also not that after starting the voltage reading on the battery is all the way to the left. Not reading much at all. I know the battery is fine. It has to be some electrical issue. Any ideas? I replaced the 20 Amp fuse and that isn't it.

I have the exact same issue on a 2002 Outback.. Did you or anyone else figure out this problem?

Look here: https://forum.moomba.com/showthread.php?15954-ignition-fuse-breaker-pops-after-45-seconds

after it pops, feel the fuel pump and see if its hot. Shoot me a PM with your phone number if you want to talk after you read my post.
