It's not set up, this was a guy on the Mizzou Water Ski & Wakeboard team. Even though he graduated a year or two before I started school there, a couple of my buddies were in the boat he jumped over. They said he was directly over top of the boat and the wake hitting their boat nearly pushed the top of the cap under water.
