@ Berg where you there this weekend? We saw the same couple horses but one was a baby at water side, even saw 3 cows lol all on the Reservation side where you cant go.

Was there July 28-31. Saw the baby horses as well. Probably 9 total and they were all very skitterish - pretty cool as my daughter is a total horse nut. We drifted right past and got some cool shots and vid.

Family vacation (Wife's Family all in town). We stayed on Conesus Lake.. unfortunately.. It's 30 min from work.. and I had to work all week.. but I got out SUnday, Monday eve, tues eve, thursday eve and Friday eve.
GOnna spend some time over at Keuka lake over next two weeks and hope to get some riding time in with JMVOTTO .

water temp when that video was shot was 94 degrees, about a half mile farther up river from where that video was filmed we pass an 8 foot or so gator. he was up by the bank upside down and not moving, i think he was dead

I agree ... You are right there. Just a little harder edge and you got it. Remember to work on a progressive edge, starting slow and picking up speed through the wake.

If I remember correctly that's old Dr. Steven's place. He was building his dream house into the side of that cliff/hillside. Went a little crazy and offed himself out there. My Grandfather owned most of that land at one time until alchohol got the better of him (prominent politican who neglected his familly business) and he lost it all to the bank. He owned almost that entire stretch of waterfront stretching well back into Cougar Canyon which is behind that hillside.

You should see the wake this thing makes when it's taxiing at slower speeds. All of the jet skiis come out to get some serious airtime! Sorry no pics of that.

I'm still donning my wetsuit from highschool days too. one is black with bright purple arms/legs. The other is flourescent yellow with bright blue strips in the sides and hot pink arms/legs. lol. Hey, I'm cheap and it is still in great shape and it works. Fortunately, wetsuit time here it short ;)

So I played hookie from work Thur and Fri - went on the river 4 days in a row and had some of our best weather of the year. Got my new surf/knee/wake racks mounted too. Work great! Here's a few highlights.

Pics are straight off my Facebook page. I use an app on my iphone called Camera+. Basically its own photo editing app that makes you into a pro photog in no time and spits out the images to facebook or just saves em to the phone.

Yeah, add to the list 2 leaky camping air mattresses and a leaky 2-person tube that is only about a month old, and messed up zippers on sleeping bags... I'm about ready to roll it all up in a ball and drop off at the nearest dumpster. Start over.

Oh and my transom stereo remote is now full of water and dead and half the tower speakers quit. Not quite ready to toss out the boat though... When it rains it pours!
