Hey y'all,

I'm looking to build a gate for my pass through area to keep the wind down. Has anyone seen a cut to fit kit or something or am I going and buying some teak and doing some carpentry? (Not much of a carpenter :( )

I couldn't find any write ups on here so any ideas are appreciated. Thanks!

It's on here somewhere with pictures. Try searching "windscreen" and stuff like that.

I also build one. I came up with another idea this weekend in that I will make a seat back out of it since I have more people sitting in the bow looking forward.

Joe, my boat previous to this one had a snap cover like yours from the factory but the snaps were on the front facing forward instead of on the walkway facing each other. It fit really snug whereas yours looks pretty loose?

I use my snap in bow cover as my wind block. Works great but takes a little longer to put on.

Not what I had in mind, but I think that would work, looks good and the price seems about right, thanks!!

I have built one that works well. Look for the "Ruby Roo" mods thread.

I used this thread as the inspiration to do mine and I love it! I think it's called "My Mods to the Ruby Roo" . Yup, here's the link: https://forum.moomba.com/showthread.php?t=10662&highlight=Mods+Ruby

Al.l it was not snapped to the window so it does look a little loose. but not as tight as the bow cover either.
