bogging problem

i have a small problem with the outback..i can run the boat at 1-2 grand but once i get oveer 2 grand it wants to bog out and die..but if i drop it back to neutral it starts to rev up a little and gos back to normal..only thing i can think of is that maybe the TBI injectors might be dirty and gumed up

what outback came with TBI?

My 04 has the tbi I think.. It has the 5.7 350 with the injector and throttle body on top

I have an 04 LSV and ran into this problem when my inpeller was bad. I was overheating and the engine goes into limp mode. Check your temp. should not be over 170 F. Uses a 160 F thermostat.

Runs fine at idle and bogs down under load sounds like a fuel filter.
