I'm looking to add some lighting to the cabin of my 08 LSV. Any suggestion would be great... Something quick and easy, maybe a 2 or 3 beer mod would be awesome. Thanks

LED strips above the rear speakers and replace the courtesy lights with whatever color lights you'd like. Check out superbrightleds.com. Best pic I have. I also changed the lights in the gauges to red.

Where does one buy the bulbs for that (hypothetically speaking someone wanted to copy you?) :)

I don't remember the exact bulbs but if you search "dash lights" on the forum there is a thread that has the correct kind of bulbs. That's where I got the idea from. For like 15 bucks it is a great mod.

Let me tell ya, changing the gauge bulbs is a massive PITA.

These are what I used, but I don't recall the size.

I didnt think it was too bad other than the speedo and tach cause the wire harness was in the was, a needle nose pliers made it easier to grab the back of the bulbs tho. Maybe there's more room under the lsv dash.

if you go red it's 194R R=red, B=blue, G=green. unless you want led's you can pic up the 194's at any autoparts store

Thanks.......I'll pick me up some. Gotta get them to match all my other red LED's in the boat. It annoys me that they are green and all else red. Yeah, I'm that way :)
