I have found a potential problem relation to a ballast line rubbing on threaded bolts which attach the midship thru hull beilge plug.

8198

I resolved this issue cutting out a peice of rubber big enough to cover the bolt ends and then cutting out a center hole so the plug can be installed.

Rob, I love everything about it. You are really turning into an addict. Now I wish you'd learn how to use Photobucket so it's easier to see all your pics!

I think they use the British or Euro spelling up in snowland.

You mean proper English? Then you are correct sir! What the heck is Euro?

Nice boat by the way Rob.

Love all the mods you've made. I'd love to see more pics of the shower install and the 4th pump/routing lines to the bow. I'm planning on adding the shower and revamping the ballast plumbing over the winter.

Hey Rob quick question - on your hot water install did you come off teh block or the pump? I came off the block on mine and want to change it to the pump to get more pressure.

Are you out on Sylvan this weekend? We might slip down Sat or Sun. Like to meet one of the locals if we do and you're around?

Very nice work!

I've been wanting to do heated seats for a while, where did you get the kit, and care to share more info on how you did the install? Is it back and bottom, or one or the other?

Us northerners need all the extras we can get to extend the season!

I will be on the lake this weekend for sure - fireworks at 11:00 pm.

As for the shower - hot supply line I tied into the line going to the heater on the supply side not the return. Cold water tied into just before the water pump. I have the 55psi pump but could use a little more pressure.

Heated seats was pretty easy, I have the seat and backs heated. I will find where I got the seat kit.

Last but not least I did do all the work myself and yes it has been busy :), I am just that kind of guy that likes to have things done asap and done RIGHT or as close to right as I can get...lol

I got on the lake to try the IBS today, every thing works great but a little disapointed in the wave, I was expecting it to be bigger but that is me not know what the heck I am doing. Now that I have the boat dressed up, it's all a person could want. I feel like the dog that caught up with the tire after chasing them for years - don't know what to do with it now :) :)
