Hey guys you are always a ton of help so here we go. I have power at the left ballast switch on my 07 OBV but nothing pumping? Is the pump toast or any suggestions. How do I get at the pump to change it if that is the case? Is there a fuse somewhere for that pump?. Thanks

there is a triple fuse panel under the dash for the ballast. start there. is the pump running at all? i assume you are speaking of the drain pump. the fill pumps is shared three ways by the manifold under your rear seat.

When I push the button there is no fill or empty sounds at all

check that related fuse, then if the fuse is good , get a muti meter and see if your switch is good. they do go bad sometimes.

wakemakers.com has replacements for 15 bucks

It was the fuse? Any idea why the fuse would just blow? Crap in the pump?

what year and model is your boat?
replace the fuse and see if it works, could be stuff in the pump but doubtful. could have gotten bumped and got hot and blew the fuse, Not sure why?

it is an 07 OBV

I wouldn't question 1 blown fuse for too long. They get old and fatigue from vibration, temperature change, humidity just like everything else. Now if you blow a couple of them in a short time then start digging. I'd start by cleaning out the pump, manifold, and valves/solenoids and make sure there's no debris stuck anywhere.

Good luck!

reason i asked is the 05 and forward ballast switch has a relay the previous version does not. do you have a ballast water strainer near your manifold. if so probably not debris, Brain is right just replace the fuse an go from there.
