03 Outback Bilge/ Blower Switch ?????

I am brand new to this site and have a question I could use some help with.
I have a 03 Moomba Outback and when I hit either the blower or bilge switch, the power doesn't always come on and sometimes needs for me to push and hold it down to get it to work. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Sounds like a loose connection or bad switch. I have had to replace a switch on mine before. It just completely didn't work though, it was not an intermittent problem.
