speaker connection question

I am putting some Polk DB 651 in my 05 lsv and noticed that the connectors on the speakers and the connectors on the polks dont match up......illitierate stereo guy question but would soldiering them be the way to go and remove the connectors all together?

That would certainly work, you can buy connector adapters at radio shack to avoid soldering

Just go to any car audio dealer and get them.
