Prop spin while in neutral

Lately when I run my boat on the trailer the shaft and prop will want to rotate even in neutral and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and a fix if possible. It will also do it in the water but not all of the time. Thanks for the help.

Virbrations can cause this-- that's why they tell you to shut the engine off when someone is behind the boat.

This is more than vibration spin seems as the clutches are sticking.

i have never checked my moomba but all of my motorcycles rear tires will spin like that in neutral when up on a lift...

I think my evinrude 225 ho outboard even does this.... Its not spinning hard though, you could stop it with your hand.........
