Boat cover straps?how to

Ok stupid question but my boat came with a cover and it has some straps to help hold it down, one has two straps connected to a round disc the other has three straps connected to a round disc, I am confused

Are the straps attached to the Disks also attached to the Cover? If not I suspect they may be part of some type of cover Support system.

How long are the straps and how big are these Disks?

Could you post a couple pictures of the disks, straps, and cover?

I feel dumb as the discs just hold the straps like a carry case lol

if i am thinking you have the same thing i have. the discs have three slots for three straps. the disc fit on the tip of a pole that supports the cover. I put one pole just behind my engine cover (I'm Direct drive). one strap goes to the pylon, the other two to each side grab handles. The straps hold the pole up and the pole holds the cover up so that water runs off.

thats my best guess. my outback cover came with two poles two discs and 6 straps. but no directions.
