I like how there are still ski's in the racks covered in snow. If it was a bit warmer today I would head out but it's kinda windy so I think Im better off waiting till tomorrow.

It is starting to warm up nicely around here. 90 degrees for tomorrow but the Columbia River is the highest I have ever seen. You have to wade out to the launch docks. Those who use the rivers around here like Crescent Bar, Vantage and towards Portland can expect high flows for a long time which means cold temperatures.

Alberta boys, you need to head 250-300 miles to the south. Going to be 78-80 next two days in NW Montana. Still can't find anyone that will get in the water this time of year(50ishF). Actually only the wife's relatives from Calgary will get in this time of year. Sometimes I think I've got Canadian blood (antifreeze;)) running in my veins.... Wait maybe it's the Wiskey......no Rye, ya Rye.

Sorry to here about the snow.

Plan the party and we're there!! :D
Summer up here can be a short season so you have to take every opportunity you can to get out! When it's all said and done you don't remember how cold it was (well maybe a little) but you remember how much FUN you had! :p

Heat index down here has been over 100F for most of the week. We have only missed a few weekends since the first weekend in March. I love the cold, but no way I could handle it sticking around that long.

Drysuits at this time of year?? And you call yourself Canadian? LOL Where did you go skiing in the mountains? :p

We went out Sunday and got POUNDED by rain. The kids each got to go a couple times. By the time the rain blew over and the sun came out...........the wind just didn't stop! So no pull for me as whitecaps just aren't a skier's best friend! LOL

It's the same story as last summer.
Got out 10 days ago. A bit chilli on the noggin' heading into the wind, but at least got a couple of skis in.
Was set for Saturday, then the weather changed, per the other posts on this thread.
So, no prob, sunny and calm for Sunday.
Right. The weather did a complete 180 and Sunday was shot.
iwaterskihard, you're a trooper to go boating in that weather Sunday!
Now this weekend is forecast for rain.
Once again, like last year, Alberta boats will accumulate few hours if this keeps up.

I paid for a drysuit and for a couple more times i'm gonna use it.Wetsuit soon then nothing but shorts and vest, the way it should be.
