If I put that one in in addittion to the existing one so I have two rows would my boat then be rated for 16 people? You know, kind of like a church bus?

Wow, stated it blew out, wonder how fast he was going. That is one I had not worried about flying.

I questioned the same thing. Mine doesn't move.
