Supra did a picture thread for each month last year and I always enjoyed looking through the pics. Figured it might be something that would catch on quick here since there are so many already out and boating.

Post up your May pics. Who knows, Ed G may pick a winning pic and send them some free wake brand swagga :D

I love looking through threads. Thats a great idea for over here. Now all I need to do is get the boat put back together.

Wow...thats cool. Good to know I'm bringing some value. :)

Yeah, I thought they were cool shots when I took them as well. I was pretty surprised they came out as they did from a camera on a phone.

For those of you in Georgia, the shot was taken right across from Holiday Marina. The boat is looking straight out into the main channel past that opening. If you took a left it would going towards Buford Damn, Sunset Cove, and Cocktail Cove.

I'm confused . . .

Are you going to visit Lanier & Sinclair when your down here?

We'll try and hook up either way, but my place is on Sinclair.

No no...just Lanier. I think that may have been my mistake. Maybe I wasn't paying complete attention...ADD...heh

The setup is sooo lightweight which I love. The board is really easy to ride making it forgiving too. It flows well and is fast. The one thing I would change is making the rocker more aggressive. I'm getting good air but want even more. Especially when I land 5 feet in the flats riding at 65 ft. Maybe I need to slow down my cut and pop harder but I would trade some distance for height. In summary, I really do recommend the board but don't expect crazy pop from the board alone. You can get it but you gotta commit to pushing off the wake.

Thanks for the review! Very helpful! I did order the 2009 Frank boots from Evo some months ago, still haven't gotten around to hot rice and fitting the liners. This weekend I think I will. get the liners molded. I haven't decided on the 2009 Frank board yet, still considering other options.

Committing to the push, I still have some trouble with that, I tend to backoff at the last second, fear of painful face plantage I suspect. Rang my bell real bad a couple years ago, came down off the jump onto the wake face and buried the front of the board, dead stop and accellerated my face pounding into the water. Beside the impact injuies I ended up with a sinus infection that took 9 months to clear up with massive amounts of antibiotics... life sucked bad for awhile... I am hoping to get over some of the fear this year. Fingers crossed.

Opps, I meant I have the 2010 Frank boots, the wicked blue ones. The years just keep flying by...

I stopped on the way home from work about bought rice and some cheap socks. My boots were missing the toe cup and fitting socks from Ronix... oh well, no worries.

Got them heated and form fitted finally. Nice boots, wicked comfortable and as you said light!

Excuse the Newb question here but what is the rice for? I assume to heat up and help mold the boots but I guess my question is how? Heat the rice up in the sock, place them in the boot to heat it up and then put your foot in to mold it to your foot?

We spent from Friday night until Sunday afternoon camped on a beach that only boats can get too. Was a fantastic weekend. Few pics of course :)

You got it, for heating the liner so it can be molded to the foot. Basics are put 3-4 piunds riced in fitting sock depending on size (4 pounds for 10 and over), roll it out into a tube shape, nuke it in micro. My micro is 1100 watts, it took about 5.5 minutes on high. Google for Intuition Liners Rice for better instructions.

Stick the sock of hot rice into the liner, smack the boot around toe then heel the toe then heel etc to get the sock full of hot rice to settle into the liner all the way. Let it sit for about 6-7 minutes then remove the sock of rice and replace with your foot. Dance around screaming HOT HOT HOT for at least 7 minutes. Repeat for other foot.

We had to go for a drive because our lake was still frozen on Tuesday this week, but we found some open water and had our first ride of the year. It was kinda odd, i have only landed about 3 or 4 360's in my life and i landed 2 on my first ride of the year. Also stuck most of my inverts first try. I guess spending 7 months dreaming about the lake helped.

Our home lake is finially ice free but we have 30km winds so it's gonna have to wait till mid week.

It wasn't "warm" but the sun was out and we had a dry suit, so it was a perfect start to the season. We had 4 in the boat and one buddy had just gotten a new Blackberry Playbook so that is where all the pictures came from.
