There are many water pumps in our boats.

What pump do you need to replace?

Well I just hooked a hose up to the inlet on that little plastic piece ( i don know what it's called sorry) in-between one of the rubber hoses and that's cracked and has a nice flow spraying out.. Anyone know what's it called and where ican get one.. Starting to figure out that I bought a boat someone decided to take out in salt water cause my speaker wires and light wires going to the tower are toast too ( boat was originally from Florida then someone brought it to tennesee and then I bought it and brought it to new York)

Hey Moto thats a Perko flush valve. You will need to measure the i.d. of the hose to know what size you need. Most boating supply stores are Perko dealers. If you need more help let us know.Do you realize that in your pic only one side of the valve is connected?
