Neo hoods... What do you like?

Ice just came off the lake. This year going to stay comfy and use the drysuit first couple times out. Thinking about a hood as well. What have you guys used? Does the baseball cap style flap in the wind skiing?

I wakesurf with a girl that uses a neoprene full hood that just has the face cutout. she loves it, although feels sometimes like everyone is laughing at her. she's always warm tho. don't know the brand, but sure they are probably all about the same. hers fits tight and I know she has never complained about the fit.

I have the one made by O'Neil. It's pretty thin but it works. It's a little strange to ski in because you can't hear the wind. This thread has some pics
