Just wondering if this would work on my 04 LSV?
What do you guys think?

Should be okay, it looks like it uses plastic spacers. Your tower is the same as mine (2010 Outback V) and the tower is supposed to be 1 5/8 diameter tubing. Some clamps I have found (from Bullet Lines), that they insist are for 1 5/8 do not fit my tower, too small. But 1 7/8 is too big. On the plus side I can line the bigger clamps so they fit.
