heater install

I have a question for anyone who has installed heater. I just got done with my install and came out great.Will put some photos up.

I have completed everything just need to install y-pipe and return line. question is not really sure where the y-pipe needs to go. The boat is and xlv.

Any help would be appreciated. If you had some photos that would really be helpful

I just bought my heater in and the Y tube goes in fresh water line coming into the impeller. Make sure the y / is facing to back of boat or away from the impeller. Cut the line with hack saw and pop it in I bought mine were the line was the flateist so about 1 1/2 feet away from impeller. Hope this helps
