I want to fully detail my boat this year. It would make my life much easier if I removed the stickers and replaced them after I am finished.

Do I need to order them from SC or can I get them elsewhere?

Have a local shop make them. It will be cheaper. Seems like alot of money to spend, though, if you aren't planning to change the look and going back with the same decals.

My guesstimate would be $200-$400.

eBay has a few but the dealer is the place, I would only remove it if it's damaged or you want to change the look.

Just search moomba on eBay and you will find a bunch, most are basic though, that is why I added this one.

Dealer i got mine from claimed his cost was $800 for sides and rear when i bought my boat (last year). I believe this is the same ballpark price that Jim at Viper is quoting as well.

viper quoted well over $200 for my buddies basic moomba vinyl on the side of his 94 boomerang(you know, the great big fat block lettering).
local sign shop made him all new lettering including the skiing roo for both sides and installed them for under a bill.. took a dig pic of the before and used them to make the new ones.

You gotta be kidding me.

The eBay stickers are junk. They are 1/2 the size of the originals.

I would have them printed out locally but I would need the vector files to get a good quality sticker.

This is the highest resolution image I could find of the moomba logo.

Ed, has the fonts, I did my registration numbers from them at a local shop. They are in his album. I think I may have them in an email format somewhere at work. I can send them on Monday if you would like.

jmvotto: That font would be great. I need to have my hull numbers replaced and having them printed as the same font would look slick.

Thanks!

I purchased some OEM stickers from a member on this forum. He ordered his boat naked and Moomba gave him the stickers in a box. :)

Here are the fonts with numbers that I got by email from jmvotto.

I have never heard of these file types but I am sure a sign shop can use them.

^^yep, goose, you probably won't be able to open those with "everyday" software. the ".ai" are for Adobe Illustrator and the others are "Encapsulated PostScript."

Both are used for prepress & printing and any good graphics place will be able to work with them.

I have the font - numbers and letters in my "Misc Photo" album - page 2.

These came directly from the Skiers Choice Graphic Artist

He called it a "modified masque"

The version you have looks to be the same as what I posted.

Do you have a higher resolution version?

I got these from Ed two years ago , same e-mail. There should have been a jpeg version as well.

Yep.

The jpeg version is much lower quality. The exact same as Ed's.

I am 100% sure the files you provided us will be perfect.

Thanks again!

That doesn't look like the font on my 07 LSV. The LSV near the rear and the MOBIUS logo on the tribal background are the same font, but I don't think it is the masque. Have they used any other fonts or am I just crazy?

I don't know what graphics you are looking to get, but I just purchased the block style MOOMBA for $35 a side. I ordered them from the H2O Watersports in Dothan, AL. They dropped shipped them. Only took 3 days.

I believe this is the same font that is used on the Mobius decal

The Moomba on the rear is in the mosque font.

I would like to have registration #'s that match the Mobius/LSV font if possible.
