Lake property in South Carolina

We have changed our retirement plans and are selling our lake lot in South Carolina. It is 6+ acres on Lake Greenwood. Has 128 feet on the water. It is a beautiful lake that is about 30 miles long. The property has a new dock and we had trees planted so it is taxed as a tree farm.($115 taxes last year).We are asking $299k. Seriously, sounds like a GREAT lot. Price doesn't seem unreasonable for its size, depending on location.

Not to mention the longer boating season. And NY would charge $115 in taxes a year on my bicycle if they could.

Believe me that is not the normal property taxes in SC.
