Boat Sounds

I have to say. This long winter, the thing i miss most about my moomba is that sound it makes when you start it up. My old Four winns with a V8 carb motor didn't make the sound. But when i start the 320hp EFI V8 in my LSV it sends a shiver down my spine. Oh how i miss that sound.

Then comes the 2nd best sound, right after you start it and you pull the gear shifter into reverse to hear that distinct V-drive hum..... When i think of those sounds, it make me want summer back.

Only 3 or 4 more months till spring!

Geez....i know. I bought my Outback at the Mid-Summer Boat Show in Charlotte, N.C. in August 2004. Used it for about 6 weeks and then had to put it up. Thank God for the break in the weather here the last week or two. It's been in the 70's and, needless to say, I went to the lake for a couple of brewskis and a putt around. You just gotta love the sound of that roller motor.:p
