Air temp in the low 70's, water in the mid 50's. Going out for a little wakeboard and surf session with my girl (she's getting in too)

You da man,

Do you keep your boat in heated storage or did you winterize it again after your runs last weekend. This weather is nuts......

You da man,

Do you keep your boat in heated storage or did you winterize it again after your runs last weekend. This weather is nuts......

The storage unit I use is awesome. Even with the temps this week in the teens, the inside of my unit has not got below freezing (not even the bottles of water I have on a shelf have frozen). I do a basic winterization. Drain the motor, drain the water pump (disconnect both hoses and drain), empty the strainers, and blow out my ballast. I dont fog the motor, no need to when you can run the boat once a month at least still during our Texas "winters".
