Bent Skeg Fin

Has anyone here ever removed one of the skeg fins on the bottom of your hull? This past weekend we didn't have my Outback V quite far enough forward on the lift, and came up under the rear fin. By the time we realized that something wasn't quit right it was too late.:mad:

I have tried to remove it, but I can't get the bolts to budge.

Any info appreciated!
