This lake is in Utah/Idaho . Bear lake , beautiful water turquoise blue. 20 miles long, 5 wide. It just glassed out for us in the morning, we put on around 9 am and stayed out till lunch. Went back out and the wind picked up so we packed up and proceeded north towards Montana. Water temp there maybe was 70 deg. but the air was nice and warm, Mid 80's . We did like that lake it is a bit far for us from Denver though for a destination lake. It was kind of busy of course since it is close to SLC Utah.

my roommate that just deployed grew up in that area. he worked at the boat/ski rental place for several summers. said it is a beautiful lake. never been, but have heard great things about it...

I don't think they were too bad , I don't remember having to stay in the camper if they were.
