Temperature gauge ?

Does anyone know where I can get a temp gauge for a 2000 outback for cheap. The gauge is pegged out and will not come down to save its life(even if i ground it). I checked everything within the cooling system just to make sure it did not have an over heat condition(a block in the line, and impeller)Any input on maybe a fix of the one got will also be helpfull. discount inboard marine's website has been the cheapest for the parts I needed. Plus, if you call them, they will tell you how to put it in. They might even be able to tell you how to fix the one you got-they're pretty nice people.
