driven sydeways

Hey guys-
Just starting to think about the possibility of heading down south for a week this winter on the water with bslide and aook23 , trying to find the closest "warm" water to put the boat in.
Probably able to go in febuary or so, and I'm hoping for 70 degree water temps, but i realize anything over freezing is pretty good as long as air temps are decent.
The tow rig gets around 9mpg with the boat on the back, so the least amount of distance would be better for us, and that will also allow more gas money for the boat. I'm figuring we will have to drive at least 15 hours each way.
any suggestions?
