Replacing factory tower

After recent flooding our tower was damaged to the point of needing replacement. Can anyone here tell me if they have replaced the factory tower with another factory tower. Our insurance has agreed to replace the whole tower, but allowed only two hours for the install. My concern is that the bolt holes from the first tower won't line up exactly right, and we will be left needing fiberglass work. Any insight on how close it actually fits would be greatly appreciated.
