Install Depth Finder Gauge

My 2006 LSV did not come with a depth gauge.I was wondering how hard it is to install.Also which works the best the stock one or are there other ones?I do not want to drill a hole in the bottom of the boat.Is there a gauge out there that if you used the hole from the speedo that would read speed and work with current speedo and would also tell you water temp. ect? Also instruction on how to install the gauge would be helpfull also.
