Free rode for 2 mins on my second set - another addiction is born

In order to stay in the sweet spot, I had to move way forward on the board, I am no where near having my back foot against the bump, most times I had 70% weight on my front foot - any thoughts?

Boat - no ballast, 3 peeps on the surf side
Rider - 210lbs, CWB Ride
but 750lb bags on the way

you da man

Here's a thought...weight it down!!! So say no ballast, do you have GGI system?

I talked my wife into pulling me again last night after dragging everybody else around for the last few days. My second time as well and I finally was able to find a spot and toss the rope. Great feeling. Really enjoying the successes we are having with noobies finding their way to a slack rope.

Did you order a ski locker sac also? Put a 400lb sac in there (10x16x70 is what you want) plus the 750 in the surf side locker and you'll be all set, especially if you can already freeride with no ballast and just 3 people on board.

He is right. The center bag makes a huge difference as does the wakeplate setting if you have one. I have an 08 LSV and we ride with a 750 in back and the center bag full with the wake plate 65% up. Having the center bag full will make the sweet spot longer and make it easier to free ride. I can freeride and I am 6'4" 310lbs. That is the setup on the LSV that will give you the most push.
