ballast fill w/ air

I got a mobius XLV and when i fill the ballast, they have alot of air in them. i took the hoses off and emptied them, but then after i fill them a couple more times, they fill up w/ air again. not complety full of air, prolly just like 1/4 full of air but thats still taking alot of weight out of the boat. so if you know a way to stop that or an easy way to get it out i'd appreciate it.

You can fill it part way, take off the intake hoses and vent out all the air, then continue filling and it should fill most of the way up. About 5-6 trips out and I do it again
