I know this is a dumb question but I figured the Moomba family would help me. This weekend I helped someone at the dock jump start their Air Centurion. I didn't know how to put the XLV in neutral and rev the engine. Dude had to hop on board to do it. How do u put it in neutral and rev engine?

WHAT???

How can you be a safe boater and not know this.

Where are you located? We need to stay away from you.

Time to read your instruction manual!!

Man, you put your boat in nuetral by depressing the button incorporated in your throttle level.

Once this is depressed. you can rev the engine.

The Coast Guard Auxillary is looking for you!!

Thanks Ed. And who the hell reads instruction manuals unless it's time to fix something. :D

Radio manual wouldn't do you any good. It has a bunch of wrong information. Oops! Did I just admit I read the manual? Should be called the womanual.
