Looks like I will be relocating to the MSP area this summer. I have read about all of the great opportunities for boating from the folks here on the board. My LS will be making the trip. What really I need is some local info on other things.
Specifically:
Best places to live - I have kids, so schools are very important and we like the suburbs. Wife will be working in Minnetonka, so reasonable close to there would be good. I will be driving into downtown 1-2 days a week. Probably looking to rent for 1st year wondering what it will run for 3-4 BR house to rent?
My youngest(just turned 11) is a pretty decent baseball player and would like to be near good baseball programs(especially travel teams). Training centers are also important.
On average what am I looking at to heat the house during the peak winter months?
Lastly, I keep hearing the term Minnesota Nice. What does that really mean.
