I've emailed them back around the first part of April and it took about 2 weeks to get a response from them. In talking to my dealer it seems like they are hard to get a hold of even for them sometimes. I would recommend calling them instead of emailing. I know that worked better then emailing in the past for me.

I've sent a couple emails to [email protected] and they've been returned as undeliverable. I'll try again, and follow up with a phone call.

Thanks for the response, hopefully we'll make conact soon.

I did go to the dealer with my question. All i'm trying to do was to engage the factory to assist the dealer in resolving the issue. Maybe they are being selective as to what email to address.

Same here. My dealer closed their doors. I'm now working with a new dealer who is also a new Supra/Moomba dealer. Neither of us have been able to hear back from SC. I was just searching for a better way to get in contact with them as I have some warranty issues that need addressed with my boat.

My boat is fixed thankfully, but still no reply from SC. Can't wait to get the survey.
