05 XLV prop shaft seal?

I'm going to be replacing the prop shaft and was wondering what type of seal this is? Also if I should change it while doing the shaft?

Standard rope packing stuffing box. Def replace the packing. Since you are replacing the shaft, would be an ideal time upgrade to a dripless shaft seal.
