Just got my new box anchor in the mail and was excited that I found an anchor that will fold down so it stores out of the way under the bow cushions. However I wasnt too happy when I realized this thing is a complete pain in the a$$ to to pull the tension rod and fold up. The damn rod is nearly impossible to pull up out of the eyelet on garage floor. I cant imagine doin this inside the boat and scraping the hell out of my gelcoat. I think the problem with it is that the tension rod wants to catch on the eyelet as you're trying to pull it up. Anyone else run into this prob?
