Finally a place to live.....

As some know, I moved from Mississippi to NY in 2009. Rented a place on conesus lake for Winter. that ends in 13 days.. I have not yet sold my home in Mississippi...so I had no clue what i was going to do on May 1. We really hoped to buy on the lake.. but not with a house in Mississippi!!

Great news, found a year round rental just up the road. across street from the lake, but it has access and a shared pier! Room for me to put a lift in !

Craigslist found me a 4000# lift for a great price too! SOON i will be on the water. sleet yesterday, so gonna be another week before i can get in the water!

Ian.. lot's of lookers a couple of offers. one was contingent and a rental offer.. but had some issues.. second was WAY low. No action by end of month, it's going up for rent! UGH... 10 months now! :-x
