I'm trying to figure out which prop I have. 2010 LSV. Without taking the nut off, the only numbers on the face I can make out are, in this order, OJ14 18 18. On the back of the prop OJ 9 09 is stamped, but I am assuming this is a production date or something as there is no model 909 that I have found. Any thoughts?

Thanks Ed. I sent the question to Eric.

I'm looking forward to the LSV portion of the prop testing. I will be following it closely!

More than likely it is a 14x18 with a 1 1/8 shaft diameter. Sometimes the stamping is not that great. This is the same prop I have on my ssv. With ballast it is very sluggish.

You have the 14 X 18 LC 1 1/8" 4-blade.

What do you recommend for the 2003 supra ssv 22 with about 1800lbs of ballast and 7-8 people? My 14x18 is terrible out of the hole.

Eric, thanks for the reply. My next question - is this the "wakeboard prop?" Because wakeboard prop was one of the features listed on the boat, and if it's not then I need to discuss this at the 20hr service. With this in mind, what is considered the wakeboard prop for this boat?

The 14.25 X 14.5 is the "wakeboard" prop.

Sounds like you need to have a talk with your dealer. That 20hr service should be discounted if not done for free.

I have a "new" 2009 LSV that supposedly came with the "wakeboard" prop. But the numbers stamped on the prop are 13.5X 16V L 1 1/8. I finally passed the break in hours on the boat and pulled my first boarder with full Gravity Games ballast on Saturday. The pull was VERY slow and sluggish. I'd like to change this prop ASAP. I paid for the full wakeboard edition with ballast, prop, Wakeboard perfect pass and swivel racks but I think there was a mistake made with the prop. I'll be calling my dealer today.

I'd love to have that one for the testing. I have the 2008 stock prop, the 13.7 x 17.5. I wouldn't mind a little more hole shot but we don't carry all that much ballast so I don't think I need to go all the way to the "wakeboard prop". I don't really want to give up much on the top end. It would be great to have a huge array of props.

Eric, regarding the 14.5 x 14.25, weren't there some harmonizing issues with that prop and the LSV in the past? Was this problem solved?

Went back and looked at the post with the pics and info on the props and the #1161, 13.5 x 16 is one of the props we will be testing. Nice.

TL7 that was the "old" wakeboard prop your thinking of, 14.25x14 if i remember the number sequence correctly. I have it on mine and all it is a slight growl on takeoff. No big deal.

My boat has the OJ 14.25 x 14 Wakeboard prop and it has that growl or slight vibration when between 5 and 8 MPH. At no wake speed shes quite, then vibration you feel threw the floor, then at 8 on up to WOT no vibrations at all.
