so ed, race report? hope you are feeling well!

i had a 10m race on sat, did ok, was a bit slower than i wanted, but still 1:10:54

Ed - If I did the math right, you averaged 10 minutes 38 seconds per mile. I think that's fantastic! And, it's pretty amazing that you are not sore today. Probably testament to good training. Did you celebrate with a Yuengling? I heard that Obama lost a hockey bet and is sending a six pack to the Canadian Prime Minister. Must be good stuff. (I hope.) The size of the spectating crowd at the finish line was overwelming

It really was. We were cheering for you and shouting your name but you didn't see or hear us. Oh well.

They will still have the 1/2 marathon next year!

Glad you guys had better weather than the 5K race. Nice to hear you're not sore. The cement on Bayshore Blvd can take a toll!
