Tazz the lsv and xlv have huge compartments that i could sleep in.:D

Mcmoomba. Is that a false panel that you built to mout the amps to?

JM, it is a removable panel that I think is standard from factory. When I puchased the boat I had the dealer/Earmark put in an extra amp, tower speakers and sub. The amp they installed was a 400 watt Alpine that I changed last year to the Kicker 700.5. So to answer the question "I" did not add the panel.

MCMOOMBA, your correct, that's the one that came from the factory...at least that's exactly like the one in my Outback. Its getting moved over to the side of the boat as we speak, just waiting for the glue to dry on the first "mounting block" to dry, second gets done in the morn.

must have been an 08 upgrade since they started adding amps in 2008 in my 07 i can reach under the bow seat an get all the way back to the batteries pictured. Hmmn.... may have to build one..

Ya, once you take it out you can see right up under the bow seat.

Just a single 700.5 in my Outback - once it stops snowing I am going to re do the install though. Too cold out in the garage, damn winter, lol.

jmvotto, I too am planning on making an amp board. Ultimately I would like an amp board like mcmoombas', but for right now a small one like ians' should do. I am only mounting one amp.

Ian Ashton, what are the dimensions on your board? What did you make it out of? How did you fasten it to the boat?

Thanks in advance

I had to order a yard from the dealer to get it. Couldn't find it anywhere else.
